Blackridge Property Group ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the property you're asking about and anything you write in your message. If you request an appraisal we also collect the address of your property.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Homes you "save" on this site are stored only in your own browser, not on our systems.
How we use it

We won't sell your personal information. We only send you marketing emails (such as new listings and offers) if you tick the box asking for them on one of our forms. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Who we share it with
We may share your details with people who help us provide the service you asked for — for example a builder or developer for a property you've enquired about, or a finance broker if you asked for help with finance. We also use service providers such as our website host (Cloudflare), our email provider, and Mailchimp, which we use to send listing updates to people who have asked for them. We may disclose information where required by law.
Third-party services
This site loads maps from CARTO and OpenStreetMap, fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash. These services receive your IP address when your browser requests their content and handle it under their own privacy policies.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Enquiries are sent to our office email and kept only as long as we need them.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
